The lifespan of flat and pitched roofs can vary based on the materials used. Signs your roof needs to be replaced may include leaks, cracked tiles, waning deck boards and raised tarp. Pitched roofs can often last over 50 years. While the lifespan of a flat roof can be 15-30 years.
Unfortunately we don’t offer financing or instalments just yet. A number of clients have inquired about this and we may offer this service in future. We do, however, sometimes ask for deposits to cover materials before the job ensues.
